• All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 5-7 days.

Returns Policy

• We offer a 5-day returns policy from the date of receipt.

• To return, simply call us on 020 832 83332. and explain the reason why you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email: info@ukesthetics.co.uk. Please note: you must contact us before returning a product and ask for ‘Customer Return Form’. A refund will not be issued without our authorisation before your return.

• Refund will be issued only if the product(s) has NOT been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit).

• Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed before it reaches your bank account.
